EDUCATION:
Required: Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Networks, or related field [1]
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Networks, or related field
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two (2) years in a computer support role including the following areas: Windows Server and Desktop OS; Network Cabling, all hardware, and Cisco and Home Router experience; Proficient in Windows OS, and proficient in MS Office.
Desirable: Active Directory Administration, Apple iOS, Cisco WebEx Meeting Platform, Database experience with Access, previous experience in a Helpdesk Support Role, Oracle and SQL Server, and Office 365 Administration.
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable, high-speed wireless internet service (Wi-Fi)
[1] Three (3) years’ work experience in related field or one or more certifications and a Bachelors degree may be substituted for the Associate’s degree. If work experience is substituted it is in addition to stated work experience requirements.
